Training Details:
Standard training lasts a full day, either on your premises or in a suitable location nearby. Our training covers:
- How to recruit using the e-Talent system
- An introduction to personality type assessments
- An introduction to behavioural profiling
- The 3 screening steps: Qualification, Personality and Behaviour
- How to create an appealing vacancy and set good qualification questions
- Candidate management features
- How to use e-Talent to help with on-boarding and staff engagement

Flat Fee Single Use
You can also access e-Talent for a single use flat fee. This option is particularly suitable if you don’t have a regular recruitment requirement, or only recruit staff occasionally (less than 4 times a year). This option compares extremely favourably with recruitment agency fees, which are normally calculated as 15-25% of the annual salary of the advertised role.

Advertising on at least 10 job boards for a period of 28 days, including TotalJobs, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, MyJobHub, Jobsite, Fish4Jobs, JobsToday, MyJobsGroup, plus any relevant local websites
e-Talent system set-up and customisation, including drafting of relevant qualification questions
Use of e-Talent for a period of 90 days

How does it work?
- You contact us to post a vacancy by clicking the “Post a Vacancy” button above.
- Within 24 hours we e-mail you an online form to complete with details of the vacancy you wish to fill.
- Once we receive your completed form we set up e-Talent with your vacancy ready to receive online applications from candidates. We also forward you login details with which you can access your e-Talent Recruitment Portal and Candidate Administration System.
- We then ask you to go through the application process yourself to verify its fitness for purpose, after which you can make any necessary changes. When you are happy you approve your job advertisement for posting and we forward our invoice.
- Upon payment of the invoice we post your job advertisements on a minimum of 10 Job Boards as detailed above.
- After that it’s over to you! You log in to e-Talent as required to review your job applicants and decide which to take forward to interview, which to put on hold and which to reject.
- Your e-Talent Recruitment Portal and Candidate Administration System will remain active for 90 days so that you can remain in touch with all your applicants throughout the recruitment process.
